I've seen most of this fansubbed and loved it. And finally it has been licensed in the U.S. and is going to air on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim Saturday night at midnight (Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex will air after it at 12:30) Here is the official website for Alchemist where they offer a couple of clips.

The dvd's will be released starting in February. I think there will be a total of 13 dvd's and then 2 box sets will be released. Can't Wait! Everyone will probably find something they like about this series. You'll laugh, You'll cry, but the final word from me is that this is great stuff. (I think if you liked Trigun you'll probably like this) So three words: WATCH THIS SHOW!!
